It appears the FDA is whining after a judge (U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon) told them they did not have any authority to regulate electronic cigarettes.  Anyone who has been following the drama knows that the FDA has been trying to get full control over electronic cigarettes but so far haven’t succeeded. Importations have been blocked disrupting stock and customer services for a couple of larger e cig suppliers.
